Tri-State Antique Power Association

Board (6pm) and Membership (7pm) Meetings for Monday, April 5th, will be held as scheduled.

Dear TSAPA members and friends,

As I write, the news reports today that tragedy has again stricken more families, including two Greene County families, my home county.

Due to the concern and well being for all of us, and for all that may have planned to attend our spring show, the TSAPA board has determined, during a follow-up meeting occurring on 3/08/21, that this year's spring show will be canceled.

Other considerations what went into this decision included the club's inability, at this point in time, to be able to prepare for and to follow all of the state of Tennessee's and CDC's (Centers for Disease Control) current guidelines and recommendations.

This decision resulted in a sorrowful heart from everyone present at the meeting. Yet the safety of everyone was determined to be of the highest priority. COVID has affected all of us to some degree, and for many, tragically. This disease has sadly affected our club as well.

As a matter of fact, some of the team had already begun to work diligently to prepare for the show, before this decision was made. My apologies go out to all of them, to Melissa Milner, to Carroll Foster, naming just two of our many hard working members. These individuals and others, had to make repeat phone calls to many individuals who had just recently been informed of the initial decision. This similarly included Linda Tilson, who had just recently issued the club newsletter, announcing that the show was a go. My apologies also go out to our many great sponsors, our dedicated vendors, and to all others who are involved with our club.

God bless our country, our families, and our club.

Terry Sensabaugh
